We may receive user or project assignments from your organization administrators, and integrate with third-party storage or productivity tools as authorized by you or your organization.

• Authenticate users and manage secure access to the Mobile Apps and Admin Panel.
• Provide core project management features, including daily progress reports (DPR), weekly progress reports (WPR), MOM reports, attendance tracking, and document collaboration.
• Generate PDF reports and dashboards requested by authorized users.
• Send transactional notifications, alerts, and project updates requested by your organization.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and enhance Service reliability.
• Comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, and prevent fraud or misuse.

3. How We Share Information

• Within Your Organization: Project data is shared with other authorized members of your organization to enable collaboration and reporting.
• Service Providers: Trusted vendors assisting with hosting, storage, analytics, support, and communication services under confidentiality obligations.
• Legal & Compliance: Authorities or regulators when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
• Business Transfers: In connection with mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales, subject to confidentiality and continued protection of your data.
